Artificial planting has different benefits and impacts from live planting. We do not describe it as environmentally superior without evidence; our practical focus is on service life, care, reuse where suitable and avoiding unnecessary replacement.
Maintain what can continue to serve
A managed relationship makes it possible to review, reshape and refresh existing displays instead of assuming that the whole arrangement must be replaced whenever the appearance changes.
Whether an individual basket, fitting or floral element can be retained depends on its actual condition and suitability.
Plan visits and materials carefully

- Use agreed refreshes rather than automatic wholesale replacement
- Separate confirmed facts from broad environmental marketing claims
